My tire blew on the highway, and luckily I was able to get the car into their parking lot. Even though it was only 10 minutes until closing, they didn't hesitate to help me change the tire, air up my spare, and get me back on the road as safely as possible. I’ve been taking my family’s 3 cars here for a few years. Jared and the service team go above and beyond fixing issues and helping to identify what’s worth fixing now, what has to be fixed, and what needs to be fixed eventually. I never feel like I’m getting taken advantage of and their prices are always in line with what I expect after doing some research. A good mechanic is worth their weight in gold, and DA has never let me down. In fact, bought my most recent car there just because I trusted them so much through their service department. Dodgeville Auto is fantastic! Their sales associates are helpful and friendly without being pushy. The service department is second-to-none. Jared really knows his stuff and when we call to make an appointment, he does his best to fit us in. Beyond that, they will ONLY do what you ask and what is needed. They never pad the bill by recommending something that isn't needed. If they notice something that should be done for safety reasons, or something should be done soon, Jared will SHOW you what it is. There are multiple auto sales and service companies in Dodgeville, but this one is head and shoulders above the rest.

I can’t recall his name, but a guy from here came to me as I was broken down at Kwik Trip after a backpacking camping trip I took for a weekend. I was told by one other business that if I got towed to him I’d get a hand the following week, but this guy told me to hold on, he’s on his way. I was not expecting that and immediately thought if he solves my problem he deserves a raise! Much much respect for the help that day! I live two hours away, I thought I was SOL!

I purchased a truck back in March from DA auto and had a positive experience. Jack was great to work with. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. Jack honored their dealership warranty when I took it back a couple weeks later to get the broken tonneau cover replaced. When they weren't able to get my Lanes Sense working, they worked with me to get it fixed at a local dodge dealership to save me the drive and still covered the costs or parts/labor. Working with Jared was okay too. I would definitely buy my next vehicle from here.

I bought a 2-year-old car from Eric in 2009. I put on approximately 160,000 miles up until 2025 with no issues. When it was time to trade Eric gave me an excellent deal on a used Hyundai Santa Fe. Check engine light came on and they took care of it with no charge. I decided I should have the timing belt and water pump replaced and they took care of it at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Dodgeville Auto Sales and Service for your next vehicle purchase.

Excellent dealership. We called ahead to ensure the vehicle was still available and they had it washed and ready for a test drive. No pressure sales team. A week or two after purchasing, an issue arose with the alternator (used truck, these things happen) and they got us in quickly and covered the repair. Definitely getting our next vehicle from them.

Picked up my 2019 Lincoln Navigator from here a few weeks ago. Jake was my salesman. He accommodated my late work schedule to help close the deal on what I was set on getting. Despite the check engine light coming on during the drive home, Jake got it in with their service staff right away to address and resolve the diagnosed issues. They also offer great warranty coverages allowing you to purchase a used car here with confidence.

These guys at Dodgeville Auto go over the top to make sure that you are taken care of Jack held the truck for me for a couple days, I was extremely busy with work and strapped for time and they set up the freight for me and I had my new truck within a couple of days. I could go on and on, but I can’t say enough good things about these guys. The whole experience from start to finish was easy even though I was out of state, and they took good care of me!

i recently did some service here.. i am exceptionally happy for their service, my exhaust was having some metal to metal sound, inspite of some local Named brand guys inspected and said everything was great.. the noise still came.these guys however took 10mins to check and fixed it in no time, they said its some heat shield thats causing noise. Really really helpfull.. glad found you guys.. looking forward to work with you guys going forward for my auto needs.
