I am writing to thank you for the great treatment Gale and I have received from you and the other members of the Dodgeville Auto staff. I was particularly pleased with the way you handled the sale of the 2012 Ford Focus we recently purchased. There was no pressure put forth and no ‘Used Car Guy’ tactics were used. The price was fair and the dealings were friendly. I’ve bought a number of vehicles over the years and never had better dealings.
Gale was very happy with the manner in which the after the sale service was done. The car was picked up at her work place and returned before her shift was compete. A couple of minor discrepancies were corrected and an oil change was done. She told me it made her feel special when she returned to the car that afternoon and everything was, “Just like brand new”.
